How to Enrol

Congratulations on your offer to study at Deakin College! Use this step-by-step guide to enrol online as a new student.

Follow these eight steps to enrol:

Download your Course Outline

Your Course Outline details the units you will need to take in order to progress to your bachelor degree of choice.

Read the Online Enrolment Guide

The Online Enrolment Guide includes detailed, step-by-step instructions on choosing your modules using your Course Outline, and enrolling in your course.

View the Enrolment Instructions video

Watch as we guide you through logging into the Student Portal and selecting your modules.

Step 5

Login & enrol in your modules

Once you have read your Online Enrolment Guide and watched the Enrolment Instructions video, it’s time to log in, select your modules and timetable.

Please use Chrome or Firefox on a laptop or desktop computer, not your mobile.

Complete the English Diagnostic Activity

This activity will help us understand what you might find difficult in your studies at College and how we can help you be successful.

Step 7

Set-up your Deakin University Username & Password

You will need to obtain a Deakin University password to use the computers on-campus, in the computer labs and to access Deakin University’s online services. You can set up your username and password after 21 October 2020.

Step 8

Join Orientation

Orientation is the beginning of your journey at Deakin. It introduces you to your new life as a Deakin College student. It all starts the week before your classes begin and is packed full of useful online information sessions and activities.

Start classes

Classes commence on Monday 26 October 2020. You can find Zoom links to your classes in Moodle, clicking on the relevant module under ‘Course Overview’. If you’re having trouble, watch our ‘How To’ videos.
