The College has a dedicated team actively monitoring the advice from the recognised international, national and local authorities and any developments at Deakin University. Through this team we are:
- developing resources to support students transitioning to online learning;
- increasing online student support, including academic study support, course advice, health and wellbeing support, and a virtual College reception counter.
These online support sessions are available to students via Zoom. Each session will have a dedicated member of the Deakin College team available to answer students’ questions and provide support.
We are assisting students who have been forced to self-isolate and do have access to groceries. If you are concerned about your son/daughter cannot access food or essential items, please contact dcoll-studentservices@deakin.edu.au.
Yes, students can withdraw at any point up until the end of Week 4 of Trimester with no academic penalty. Refunds will be provided in accordance with our Refund policy.
